From the Wind Farm, we headed back south to Jacques Cartier Provincial Park. It was only a 30 minute drive which gave us time to explore the wind farm before leaving. Our campsite was right next to the beach. Best of all, dogs were allowed on the beach. We went for a nice stroll. No one else was on the beach – we had the whole place to ourselves

Walking around the campsite we visited the dedication to Jacques Cartier, the first European to discover Prince Edward Island.

The Gulf of St. Lawrence was beckoning us to the water. The Pug PFDs were pulled out as we prepared for the plunge.

After the swim I setup the tent. The pugs had dinner and then crashed for the night. I left the covering off the tent so I could watch the sunset.
